Terms and refunds

Who we are
LabelSheetMaker is made by Hall House Labs LLC. Contact: german@hallhouselabs.com.
The free label maker
The label maker is free to use, with no account. It's provided as is. Always do a test print on plain paper before printing on label sheets; we can't cover wasted labels or postage.
What Pro is
Pro is a digital product: extra features in the label maker (skip any label, logo on labels, holiday designs, saved lists). Buying Pro unlocks those features in your browser with a license stored on your device. You can unlock another browser with "Restore purchase" and the email you used at checkout.
- 2026 Holiday Pass ($5, one time): Pro until January 31, 2027 (11:59 pm US Eastern). It doesn't renew.
- Monthly ($2.99) and yearly ($15): renew automatically until you cancel. To cancel, email us and we'll cancel it in Stripe; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Prices are in US dollars. Pro is sold by Hall House Labs LLC, and payments are processed by Stripe.
Refunds
If Pro doesn't work for you, email german@hallhouselabs.com within 14 days of a payment and we'll refund that payment. No reason needed. After a refund, Pro stops working when your license is next checked.
Your data
Your addresses, saved lists and logo stay in your browser. See the privacy page for what Stripe and our license function handle.
Trademarks
LabelSheetMaker is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any label maker. Template numbers are used only to identify compatible sheet sizes.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date above. Changes don't affect a purchase you've already made.
