Tip: in Excel or Google Sheets use File → Download → CSV. Columns like Name, Address, City, State, Zip are detected automatically.

Printer alignment (nudge)

If text prints slightly off, shift everything. Positive moves right / down. 1/16" = 0.0625.

Print at 100% / Actual size (turn off “Fit to page”).

Shaded slots are skipped, which is handy for reusing a partly used sheet.

How to print address labels from a list

  1. Choose your sheet size (the template number is printed on the label box, e.g. 5160).
  2. Paste addresses with a blank line between each one, or upload a CSV exported from Excel, Google Sheets, or your contacts.
  3. Download the PDF and print at 100% scale. Do a plain-paper test first if you have only a few sheets left.

Questions

Is my address list uploaded anywhere?

No. The PDF is generated by your browser on your device. Nothing you type or upload is sent to a server. See the privacy page.

My labels print a little off. What do I do?

Make sure scaling is 100% / Actual size. If it's still off, print the test-alignment sheet on plain paper, hold it over a label sheet, and use the nudge settings to shift by 1/16" steps.

Can I print Christmas card or wedding invitation address labels?

Yes. Paste or upload your guest list, choose the 5160 size (or 5162 for larger text), and pick a serif font for a more formal look.

Can I use a partly used sheet?

Yes. Set “Start at label #” to the first empty slot; earlier slots are skipped.

Does it cost anything?

No. It's free with no sign-up and no watermark.
