Print 5160-size address labels from a list
5160-size sheets have 30 labels per US Letter page, 3 across and 10 down, each 1" × 2⅝". They're compatible with Avery® 5160, 5260, 5960 and 8160 and many store-brand "30 per sheet" packs. LabelSheetMaker turns a list of addresses into a PDF laid out for that sheet.
How it works
- Open the label maker. The 5160-size sheet is already selected from this link.
- Paste your addresses with a blank line between each one, or upload a CSV from Excel, Google Sheets or your contacts.
- Check the live preview, then download the PDF and print at 100% scale.
Why not a Word template?
Word and Google Docs templates work, but you have to type or mail-merge each label into a table, and one long line can push the whole grid out of place. Here every address is fitted to its own label, and the PDF prints the same on any printer.
Getting alignment right
- Print the free test sheet on plain paper first and hold it against a label sheet.
- In the print dialog choose "Actual size" or 100%. "Fit to page" shrinks the grid.
- If everything is shifted the same way, use the nudge settings in the maker to move it.
Privacy
The PDF is made in your browser. Your addresses aren't uploaded or stored on a server.
Other sizes
The maker also does 5161-, 5162-, 5163-, 5164- and 5167-size sheets. See the full size list.
