Print Christmas card address labels from your list
Hand-addressing 40 or 60 holiday cards takes an evening. Printing labels takes a few minutes. Here's how to do it for free with LabelSheetMaker, using the address list you already have.
1. Get your list in one place
Paste addresses straight in, with a blank line between each household. Or export a CSV from Google Contacts, Outlook, Excel or Google Sheets and upload it. Each row becomes one label.
2. Pick the sheet you have
The most common sheet is 5160-size: 30 labels per page, 1" × 2⅝", compatible with Avery® 5160, 5260, 5960 and 8160. For bigger cards or a fancier look, 5163-size (10 labels, 2" × 4") gives more room. Check the number on your label box.
3. Test, then print
Download the free test sheet and print it on plain paper. Hold it against a label sheet up to a window. If it lines up, print the real PDF at 100% scale ("Actual size", not "Fit to page").
Tips for holiday cards
- Use "The Smith Family" or "Jane and Alex Doe" on the first line. Short lines fit 5160-size labels best.
- Print a matching sheet of return address labels with the "same label on every slot" option.
- Save this year's list as a CSV so next year takes two minutes.
Holiday designs (optional)
The free maker prints plain labels with no watermark. If you'd like holly, snowflake or candy-stripe borders, a logo, or the ability to skip used labels on a half-used sheet, LabelSheetMaker Pro has a $5 2026 Holiday Pass that doesn't renew.
