Print wedding invitation address labels from your guest list
Addressing 100 or more invitations by hand takes days. If your guest list is in a spreadsheet, you can print matching labels for save-the-dates, invitations and thank-you cards in a few minutes, for free.
1. Clean up the guest list
Use one row per household with a header row: Name, Address, Address 2, City, State, Zip. Write the name the way it should appear on the envelope, like "Mr. and Mrs. Alex Doe" or "The Rivera Family". Save it as CSV from Excel or Google Sheets.
2. Pick a label size
- 5160-size (30 per page, 1" × 2⅝"): the standard address label, compatible with Avery® 5160 and 8160.
- 5163-size (10 per page, 2" × 4"): more room for longer names and a larger, centered font.
3. Make it look nice
- Center the text and try a slightly larger font size. The live preview shows exactly how each label will print.
- Make the first line bold so the names stand out.
- Clear or kraft label sheets often look more formal on invitation envelopes. Test on plain paper first either way.
4. Return address labels too
Switch to "The same label on every slot" to print a full sheet of your return address for the backs of the envelopes and the RSVP cards. See the return address guide.
