Print return address labels with your logo

A small logo next to your return address makes packages and envelopes look like they came from a business, not a kitchen table. LabelSheetMaker can put your logo on every label of a sheet and lay your address out beside it, then give you a PDF to print at home.

The logo needs LabelSheetMaker Pro. Pro is a $5 2026 Holiday Pass (one time, works through January 31, 2027, doesn't renew), or $2.99/month or $15/year (cancel any time). Plain-text return address labels stay free, with no watermark.

Open the label maker

1. Get Pro

Pick a plan in the Pro section of the label maker. Checkout is handled by Stripe. Bought Pro in another browser? Use "Restore purchase" with the email you used at checkout. Without Pro, the logo controls are greyed out.

2. Set up the sheet

  1. Choose your label sheet. 5160-size (30 per page, 1" × 2⅝") is a good start. 5161-size (20 per page, 1" × 4") leaves more room for the address beside the logo.
  2. Under "What are you printing?", choose "The same label on every slot (return address)".
  3. Type your business name and address on two or three short lines, and set how many sheets you need.

3. Add your logo

  1. In "Pro extras", use "Logo or image (for return labels)" to choose your logo. PNG, JPG, WebP and GIF files up to 8 MB work.
  2. "Show logo on labels" turns on by itself. Untick it to hide the logo without removing it, or click "Remove logo".
  3. Check the live preview. The logo sits on the left of each label, centered top to bottom, and the address fills the space to its right.

How big the logo prints

The logo is scaled to fit a box at most ¾" tall and no wider than a quarter of the label, keeping its shape. On 5160-size labels that's up to about ⅝" wide. On small 5167-size labels (½" × 1¾") it's under ½" tall, so a simple mark reads better there than a detailed logo. A logo on a white or transparent background usually looks cleanest on white labels.

4. Test, then print

Click "Test-alignment sheet" and print it on plain paper at 100% scale ("Actual size", not "Fit to page"). Hold it over a label sheet against a window. If it lines up, download your PDF and print it the same way. If everything is shifted the same way, use "Printer alignment (nudge)" in the maker.

Privacy

Your logo is read in your browser and saved only in this browser, so it's still there next time. It isn't uploaded to our servers. The PDF is made in your browser too.

What else Pro includes

Holly, snowflake and candy-stripe label designs (they work alongside the logo), skipping individual used labels on a part-used sheet, and saved address lists kept in your browser. If Pro doesn't work for you, email german@hallhouselabs.com within 14 days for a refund. See the terms.

Just need plain return labels? The free return address guide covers it. Shipping orders too? See 5163-size shipping labels.
